Michael Farnum, President of Farnum Company has been a real estate broker since 1973, including 16 years as Vice President and sales manager of Weaver Bros., Inc. He has played an active role in the commercial sales and leasing market throughout his career, completing several hundred million dollars of transactions. Mr. Farnum was a Founding Director of Tyson's National Bank and a former Realtor Associate of The Year. He is past president of the regional council of FIABCI and a past Director of GWCAR. Michael is a life member of the multi-million dollar sales club of GWCAR.
 
Dan Boland, Sales and Leasing, has over 30 years of business experience, most recently representing commercial and industrial tenants throughout the metropolitan region in leasing and purchasing of properties. His previous affiliations have been with regional real estate brokerage firms and the corporate operations of IBM, Sperry Univac and Exxon.
 
Sam Farnum, Sales and Leasing, is responsible for new business development, lease and sales analysis, site selection, as well as assisting senior members of the company with existing transactions. Prior to joining Farnum Company, Sam worked at a large commercial real estate company in Washington DC, where he was responsible for supporting brokers with property surveys, site selection and new business development.   Sam earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with minors in both geography and sociology from Ohio Wesleyan University. Currently, he resides in Northwest Washington, DC and is a native Washingtonian.
