Principals And Affiliates Michael Farnum, President of the Farnum Company, has been serving the real estate community since 1972, including 18 years as vice president and sales manager of Weaver Bros., Inc. He has played an active role in the commercial sales and leasing market throughout his career, completing several hundred million dollars in transactions. Mr. Farnum was a founding director of Tysons National Bank, and former Realtor Associate of the Year. He is past president of the regional council of FIABCI and a past Director of WDCAR
John Wilson joined Farnum Company's sales and leasing division in 2002 bringing a varied background of small business ownership & management and entrepreneur successes. John was a Navy fighter pilot whose career in the service ended with extensive experience on Capitol Hill in the Navy Senate Liaison Office. He is a licensed attorney and a graduate of the University of Virginia and the George Mason School of Law. Daniel L. Boland, Mr. Boland has achieved over 30 years of business experience, most recently representing commercial and industrial tenants throughout the metropolitan region in leasing and purchasing of properties. His previous affiliations have been with regional brokerage firms and the corporate operations of IBM, Sperry Univac and Exxon. Samuel E. Farnum, – Sam joined Farnum Company in 2006 as a sales and leasing associate, focusing on tenant representation. His responsibilities include new business development, market analysis and site selection, as well as the sales and leasing of office, retail and industrial properties. Prior to joining Farnum Company, he trained at a local affiliate of a national commercial brokerage firm in Washington DC. Additionally, Sam worked at Encore Legal in Washington, DC as a Client Service Representative, where he assisted legal assistants and attorneys at most of the larger AMLAW Top 100 law firms in the DC area. Sam earned a B.A. in Politics and Government from Ohio Wesleyan University. |
